Your message, and what happens to it

Thanks for speaking up. Here's the whole story, honestly, in ten lines.

  1. You're leaving a message for this business. Domo Heard is the small service that carries it. Nothing is recorded until you tap record, and nothing is listening before that.
  2. We save your voice note (or your typed words), and AI writes it out as text and shortens it into a summary so the business can read it quickly.
  3. The business sees all of it — your words, your name if you say it, and your number if you leave one. That's the point. It isn't posted publicly. Share only what you're happy for the owner to read.
  4. Your phone number is optional — and it stays private and safe. Leave it and you'll get one WhatsApp message from Domo Heard confirming your message arrived. No offers, no calls from us, never any marketing. The business may use it to get back to you about what you said.
  5. Numbers are stored encrypted, and every time someone looks at one, it's logged.
  6. We never sell your data. It's shared only with the services that make this work — transcription, WhatsApp, email — and they can't use it for anything else.
  7. Please don't name other people, and please don't use this if you're under 18.
  8. Your message is kept for this business while their account is open, unless you or they ask us to delete it sooner.
  9. Changed your mind? Ask the business, or email hello@domogo.ai, and we'll delete your message and your number. Honest limit: we can't unread it for someone who's already seen it.
  10. Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can also ask us what we hold about you, or complain if something feels wrong — same address.
